How to lose weight.

A fast and safe method

 

Lots of people experience problems when attempting to lose weight. But it’s actually not that hard, easy even. The key is consistency. Here are a few pointers to get you started.

1. Don’t eat 2 hours and drink 1 hour before going to bed.
It has proven that this has huge impact on your weight loss. I’m not specialized in this area so I can’t tell you why, but it really works

2. Exercise.
This is an obvious one but from own experiences I can share a little secret about this part. But first you should exercise to burn calories. Ultimately what you’ll want to do is cut back on calories going in and increase the calories going out. Now for the secret: exercising is all about rhythm. Take running for example. It’s a pain for some, but some can’t go without. This has to do with doing it more often and recognizing your progress. When you do something on regular basis you get used to it and will notice any progress you make. In this case you can run farther without feeling tired. So do cardio for a few weeks and it won’t feel like hell as much.

 

3. Avoid food with sweet taste.
When you have a habit of eating food with sweet taste. Obvious examples are candy and pies, then you might have a hard time living without them. However if you never eat sweet things then you won’t feel any drive to eat candy or other unhealthy foods. Just like with exercising, at some point you get used to the new habits. So first week is the hardest but give it time. And if you want, you can pick one day off’. This can actually be beneficial according to some.

 

4. Plan ahead.
Think about what you’re going to do after your diet is over. (Don’t diet for life!). Every time when you have a hard time you can think about what you’re going to go after you’ve achieved your goal. Maybe go to the beach? Or try that super slim dress?

5. Set your mind to it.
Think mathematical of all your progress. Like this week I exercised 10% longer, maybe attempt 15% next week? Also upsets happen, don’t worry about it. Just make sure you keep making progress.

6. Set goals.
A diet shouldn’t last forever. This is unhealthy according to numerous reports. Try to set a goal like lose 5 pounds before May this year. And if you failed try to analyze your mistakes. For example a common mistake is to eat because you’re bored.

7. Eat only when hungry.
The last step is a big one. If we would all only eat when we were hungry then nobody would be fat. But fact is we eat when a good movie is on. Or when we feel lonely. So try to avoid food as solution to other problems and you should be fine.

Follow these tips. It’s not that hard, just a challenge. And that makes it desirable.
